Hi, I’m Laura,

My journey into beauty therapy began at the age of 16 when I joined a high profile college in West London, where I grew up. This is where my passion for making people feel good about themselves first took hold. I qualified fully at 18 and went on to work for a Clarins Gold salon, where I gained experience and confidence in beauty therapy. My career quickly progressed into management roles, and I became an account manager for a Clarins skin spa, then a business manager in larger spas, before joining the Clarins account development team in prestigious London stores including Selfridges, Harvey Nichols, and Harrods.

When I met my husband, who lived in Witney, Oxfordshire, I made the move from London and left my high profile role. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made, even though I didn’t realise it at the time. I stepped away from salons and joined GHD as an account manager, working with stylers and haircare products. After two years I was made redundant, which opened the door to my next chapter and my love for massage and holistic therapies.

I completed advanced training in massage and spa treatments and absolutely fell in love with being able to help clients feel better. I rented a small room in Witney and started working for myself. Massage became my passion, though I still offered traditional beauty therapy to support my clients, many of whom still see me today after more than 15 years.

Twelve years ago, after moving house, I decided to work solely from home. This has been the perfect balance for me, allowing me to be there for my children while continuing to provide treatments in a calm, welcoming space.

Three years ago I discovered McTimoney-Corley skeletal therapy, a gentle and effective way of easing aches, pains, and supporting total body wellness. I qualified as a McTimoney-Corley skeletal therapist a little over a year ago and have never looked back. I love how this therapy, when combined with my massage treatments, allows me to offer complete physical and mental wellbeing. This is why I truly love my job.

I look forward to meeting you soon,

Laura x
